Return Policy

 

We will accept return of any product within 30 days of shipment.  All returns must have a valid Returned Goods Authorization # which can be obtained via email at sales@highperformanceledonline.com or by calling us at 952-649-7843.  Unopened returns are subject to a 15% handling fee and opened items such as a clampack item are subject to a 30% handling fee.  Return freight is the responsibility of the buyer.  If product is opened, all original packaging must be returned before credit will be issued.  If you have specific questions about your situation, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

 

Backorder Policy

 

In most cases we will be able to ship the product to you immediately.  However, if the product should happen to be a backorder for more than 3 business days, we will contact you to find out what you wish to do.  We can immediately cancel your order and issue credit to you or hold the order open until it can be shipped.

 

Shipping Policy

 

Most orders will be shipped Priority Mail via the USPS.  FREE 2-day shipping is included to any of the 50 United States and APO addresses with all orders over $75. Orders under $75 will be shipped for a flat fee of $6.99.  No street address- only a PO Box?  No problem, we ship to any valid PO Box.  Please contact us if you need other shipping arrangements.  Orders received by 3PM Central time will generally be shipped that same day but in no event later than the next business day subject of course to any possible backorder situation.

You will normally receive your products purchased within 2-3 days although we have found shipments to Alaska will take a full 4 days.

Certain products ordered will be shipped Standard UPS.  Please allow 3-4 days for delivery of those orders.  Standard shipping rates apply to anything shipped UPS..

 

Damaged Goods Policy

 

Unfortunately there will be the occasional shipping damage.  If you receive a package which is obviously damaged, simply refuse it.  If it is received and you find it is damaged, contact us and we will happily assist you in getting the issue resolved.
